This was an incredibly fun stream for a plethora of reasons! Twitch Creative got the rights to stream Julia Child's show "The French Chef" which ushered in a ton of cooking streams. It was a very exciting day seeing everyone cooking and the explosion of viewers in the creative section. It wasn't quite on the same level as Bob Ross, but still. This stream also marked the start of my Nom.Com channel (nom.com/david). Another streaming site dedicated to amateur cooking. I'm pretty exicted to start this side project working on both websites while learning and exploring cooking.

In terms of the food itself, delicious. This recipe is a hit and surprisingly easy to make with a bit of practice. Honestly, the first time you cook for a love interest or significant other, make this. Impressive and delicious with minimal cooking knowledge!

Chicken Cordon Bleu

4 chicken breasts
4 slices prosciutto
1/2 lb grated Gruyere

salt & pepper to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

4 springs thyme
olive oil

Tenderize meat to 1/4" thick. Lay prosciutto & sprinkle with cheese. Roll tight and skewer with toothpick for stability. Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Mix bread crumbs with thyme, garlic, and melted butter. Dust chicken with flour then dip in egg mixture and coat with crumbs. Bake on pan sprinkled with oil for 25 minutes @ 350F.
