Thoughts
2 months after actually making it, I'm writing the description. I remember this tasting great, probably because I was starving. I also recall it being quite easy, regular old stirfry. Great to make as a student, but it doesn't keep too long.
Teriyaki Chicken and Noodles
2 tbsp Canola Oil
2 Chicken Breasts
Salt & Pepper
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Snap Peas
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
8 oz Spaghetti
1/4 cup Honey
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
1 tbsp White Vinegar/
3 Green Onions
Cook chicken through on frying pan using canola oil, salt, and pepper. Add julienne carrots, peas, and peppers and saute until crisp. Add soy sauce, chicken broth, honey, garlic, ginger, and vinegar. Break spaghetti in half and add to pot. Bring liquid to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes until spaghetti is al dente. Stir in green onions and serve.
